How to get your photos to us

1. ✓Uploading your images to our Gallery Site
   

2. •For all digital images this is the quickest and easiest way to get your images to us. Simply follow these steps:
   

1. 1.Place your order
   

2. 2.We will email an upload link to you
   

3. 3.Click the on the link - this opens your web browser
   

4. 4.Upload your photos to your named gallery
   

5. 5.Either forward the link to family or friends for further uploads (max. 12), or send the link back to us
   

6. 6.We will produce your calendars from your photos
   

IT REALLY IS THAT EASY!

1. •The time it takes to upload all your images is dependent on both your internet speed and the size of the images, therefore upload time can vary from one household to another.
   

2. •The beauty of this system is that you may want someone else in your family to contribute their pictures, therefore you can upload however many images that you need to and then forward the link to your friends or relatives anywhere in the world so that they can upload their contribution. They can also download your images to add to their own library, and you can also download their images for your library!
   

3. •When the 12 photos you require are uploaded, simply email the link back to us and we can download them for printing to your calendars.
   

Please note: These galleries are only accessible to yourself, and anyone that you forward the link onto, plus ourselves at Personaliseit4me.

1. ✓Emailing your images to us
   

2. •If you are not comfortable, or have problems with the upload method above, you can email the images to us. However, you will probably find that you may need to send several emails of 2 or 3 images at a time.
   

3. ✓CD or DVD or Media Sticks
   

4. •We will also accept images that are stored on CD’s, DVD’s or Media Sticks. These can be returned to you when we post the calendars to you. But we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to them whilst in transit.
   

5. ✓By Post
   

6. •If you have non-digital, or printed photos, drawings and paintings etc, that you require for the calendar, you can send them in the post to us at: 32 Orchard Road, Smallfield, Horley, Surrey. RH6 9QP.
   

7. •Of course if you have the ability to scan them yourself, it would speed up the process so that you can either upload to our gallery, or email them to us.
   

Please note: Whilst in our possession, we can assure you that your photos/paintings/drawings etc will be treated with the utmost care and respect. However, we cannot be responsible for them whilst they are in transit. Therefore, we would strongly recommend that you wrap them in a sealed plastic bag, to guard against damp/wet, and in a hard-backed envelope to further protect them. Also mark as “PLEASE DO NOT BEND”.

All your photographs, CD’s & DVD’s will be returned with your calendar(s).

Scanning charge

If you require us to scan images for your calendar, there is a nominal charge of 25 pence per image. Therefore 12 images for a calendar would cost an extra £3.00, of for an A3 planner there would be extra cost for however many family columns are required.
